The weather continues to turn cooler and wetter, the days get shorter and the nights grow longer. I hope you are welcoming this opportunity to study the lessons of nature and enjoy the peace that comes with accepting change. Remember to take some time to light a candle, sip a cup of tea, and reflect on the wonder of just being alive.
