Our annual Flower Fairy Celebration week (August 9th through 14th) is just about here! We hope that you’ll be dropping by to enjoy a bit of fun, flowers and fairies. In addition to the average everyday frivolity that will be sprinkled about with the fairy dust, here are a few special highlights you may find amusing:
Tuesday, August 10th
Fairy Garden Workshop
Is your home lacking the laughter of the fairies? Does your garden know not the fluttering of little wings and the dancing of tiny feet? Then now’s an ideal time to create a fairy garden for them to enjoy.
To help you out, we are holding a Fairy Garden Workshop. We will provide you with the pot, plants, soil, ideas, instruction, and lots of fun things to decorate and build your very own fairy garden.
Tuesday, August 10th (Reserve by August 6th.)
Time: 10:00 a.m to 11:00 a.m.
Cost: $35.00 per person – includes all materials
(note: fairies are not material)
Thursday, August 12th
Fairy Bells and Fairy Wands
Discover the magic of making your very own fairy bells and fairy wands. All supplies are included but you are welcome to bring special trinkets to include in your projects.
When: Thursday, August 12th (Reserve your place by August 9th.)
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 – ish
Cost: $10.00 for both projects
Saturday, August 14th
Bracelet Making
Join Janet for a fun session of bracelet making. Come learn how to combine beads and bangles to create your own unique designs.
When: Saturday, August 14th (Reserve your place by August 11th.)
Time: 2:00 p.m – 3:00 p.m. – ish
Who: Budding Artists aged 7 to 14
Cost: $10.00 per person
