Cuphea: Bat-faced scarlet flowers have purple markings all summer. These are great in combination planters to spill over the rim.
Pennisetum: Tender grass with upright, arching, burgundy foliage. Great in containers. Soft fuzzy flowers move in the slightest breeze.
Datura: Large, fragrant, trumpet-like, double flowers all summer. Note: Seeds are toxic if eaten.
